Addiction Services

Addiction Support

Compassionate support for individuals navigating substance use and behavioural addictions, with care tailored to each person’s goals, circumstances, and recovery journey.

Recovery looks different for everyone, and no clinic can promise a particular outcome. What we offer is consistent, respectful support and a plan built around the goals you set.

Meaning

Logotherapy

Logotherapy is a form of therapy centred on meaning. Rather than treating distress only as a set of symptoms, it asks what matters to you, what you feel responsible for, and what direction you want your life to take.

It can be particularly helpful during grief, illness, career change or any period when circumstances cannot be altered but your relationship to them can. The aim is a clearer sense of purpose, hope and personal growth — arrived at through conversation, not prescription.

Processing

EMDR Therapyy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured psychotherapy approach that may be used to help process distressing or traumatic experiences when clinically appropriate.

It follows defined phases, beginning with preparation and stabilisation long before any processing work starts. Emotional safety comes first: the pace is set with you, and suitability is assessed during consultation.
